What is more important than the invitation? Invitations are an absolute if we ever hope to have those we care about show up to the things we would like them to. What is so important about the invitation?

It was given by Jesus.Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matt 11:27-29)

It is expected of each Christian to be extended.  “And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned” (Mark 16:15-16)

It shows others the love we have for the assembly of the saints and our brethren.A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)

It comes naturally, An invitation is a verb (something that conveys action on our part). It is formal, and it is a cause for us to attract others to those things that we enjoy. Our invitation is not just a request; it is a formal request that includes, among other things, the specific date and time of the event, and our desire for others to join us.
