Often when I am traveling to a specific location and I have never been there I have to ask directions.  I seek proper directions to ensure that I will not get lost along the way.  I seek directions to ensure that I arrive at the correct location.  I seek directions to ensure that I arrive on time.

When I seek directions I seek someone who has been to where I am going.  When I seek directions I seek someone who is famaliar with the location.   When I seek directions I seek someone who prehaps lives in the area.
