Monday’s Moment

To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever (Psalm 30:12).
Job said that even if God slay him, he would continue to trust God (Job 13:15). The Psalmist presents the same idea in the above quoted Psalm. Man may not and will not always understand God and His ways, but we can always, without exception, trust God. God warned man that His thoughts and ways are higher than the thoughts and ways of man (Isaiah 55:9). But God has proven Himself faithful and trustworthy without fail.
There may be questions in our lives to which we do not see the answers, but we can always trust God. There may be situations in our lives to which we do not see the solution, but we can always trust God. There may be trials and tribulations in our lives to which we do not see the end, but we can trust God.
Paul said that in temptation God gives a way to escape so that we can bear up underneath the burden (I Corinthians 10:13).
God loves man and desires man to live with Him forever in Heaven. Whatever we may not know or understand, we can always know and understand that God’s desire remains true for man. Let us have the faith of Abraham: we may not know each step of the way, but we can know the One with whom we travel and we can know that God has a place prepared for us to live.
